Greetings from SBD!
It seems like yesterday we were saying happy Xmas and New Years and already we find ourselves closer to Easter, 2019 is HAPPENING!!
2019 has brought some big changes for us here at SBD. We have a new Practice Manager Des, we’re super happy to have her on board and look forward to her expertise bringing you the best in patient care.
We have already kicked off the year with yet another SBD party, our Champagne Breakfast. For those who came along, thank you so much for your support and I hope you all had a good time. We had a really successful day, welcoming new patients, celebrating with those already crossed over to the dark side (aka our side) and raising money for The Birthing Kit Foundation Australia. I’m always amazed and humbled at the generosity and support of you all, so truly, thank you.
Coming up in May, we will be hosting our first Birthing Kit Assembly Day here at the surgery. It will be held on Saturday, May 11th, which is Mother’s Day weekend, so for those who are intrigued or interested at securing a spot at the table (max of 30 seats) please contact Des so we can give you more details. With the money raised from the raffle, we are able to fund the supplies to make 300 birthing kits to send overseas to women in need of these basic supplies.
