  5. Sports-loving teenagers must consult their dentist regarding mouth guards. It helps them keep their mouth and teeth safe and sound against severe damage. Mouthguards can be customized to fit properly.
  6. Teenagers must avoid smoking and drinking. They can not only damage your lungs and respiratory system, but these dangerous toxic substances have a very harmful effect on the tongue and teeth.
